- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
- 3 to 6 years of experience in the development of desktop and embedded applications
- Experience with Python and C#
- Experience in the management of complete software life cycles
- Experience with laboratory equipment such as LabVIEW, MATLAB, National Instruments, PCBA debugging, use of oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
- Fluent in English, German a plus
Aufgaben
- Develop software for testing and manufacturing medical devices
- Design and create PC-based desktop applications for product verification and validation
- Document and maintain embedded and PC-based software
- Release and support software for custom-made testers
- Measure performance of motors, actuators, and sensors
- Collaborate with the R&D team on measurement parameters and methods
- Establish acceptance criteria for product testing
- Support verification and validation activities for new product introductions
- Maintain traceability and documentation per medical device quality systems
