You will drive the full characterization cycle of power electronics by designing complex test systems and using Python to ensure DCDC converters can withstand extreme radiation environments.

Anforderungen

• •Experience with electronic lab instruments
• •Knowledge of real-time systems and MCUs
• •Hands-on soldering and electrical equipment handling
• •Technical reporting and documentation skills
• •PCB design, production, and debugging experience
• •Power electronics experience
• •Programming in Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW
• •Operation of lab equipment and software
• •Adaptability to shifting priorities
• •Rigorous delivery of high-quality work
• •Altium, KiCad, or PCB software knowledge
• •English proficiency and French learning commitment
• •National of CERN Member State
• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• •No previous CERN fellow/graduate contract
• •University degree
• •No PhD qualification
• •Willingness to work in Radiation Areas
• •Valid driving licence
