- •Professional B2B experience in technical support, customer-facing, or pre-sales role
- •Familiarity with enterprise storage market, data management, and IT infrastructure architectures
- •Demonstrated success working with sales counterparts and channel partners
- •High degree of self-motivation and initiative
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Excellent organizational and time management skills

- •Act as the primary technical contact in customer engagements
- •Guide discussions to showcase Pure's solutions
- •Coach and empower Partner Systems Engineers
- •Review and validate technical architectures and quotes
- •Increase awareness of Pure's sales and technical tools
- •Organize technical resources for partner events and workshops
- •Serve as a technical advisor for partners
- •Link partners to virtual resources and escalate inquiries
