- Guide customers and technicians through troubleshooting solutions
- Analyze recurring technical issues and escalate critical cases
- Ensure correct application of warranty policies and procedures
- Validate and implement warranty cases in CRM systems
- Coordinate between service, call center, and quality teams
- Prepare technical documentation and training materials
- Provide technical leadership within the support team
- Generate operational reports using CRM data and Excel
- Deliver structured feedback for product and service improvements
