Anforderungen
- •University degree or several years of professional experience in electrical installation
- •At least 3 years in charging and/or energy
- •Experience with third-party hardware, ideally EV charging stations or energy management systems
- •Strong communication and relevant technical skills
- •Ability to focus on big picture and balance priorities
- •Hands-on, proactive mindset and independent work style
- •Fluency in German & English

- •Manage technical sales and support for bidirectional charging solutions
- •Oversee acquisition, DSO applications, and installation phases
- •Coordinate commissioning and ongoing operation of charging systems
- •Manage technical interfaces with customers and internal teams
- •Optimize support-ticketing and order processing workflows
- •Monitor partner compliance with quality and response-time KPIs
- •Provide remote diagnostics and configuration for end customers
- •Initiate onsite services and provide technical guidance
- •Train and guide team members to ensure delivery
- •Handle customer support, complaints, and claims
- •Drive process optimization within the charging business unit
