Aufgaben
- Lead workshops to capture technical requirements
- Produce business requirement and technical documents
- Identify integration points and regulatory dependencies
- Translate requirements into complete RFP packages
- Assess carrier capabilities and pricing models
- Manage the full vendor engagement lifecycle
- Lead vendor briefings and evaluation workshops
- Produce vendor recommendations using objective scoring
- Drive contracting and commercial negotiations
- Coordinate risk and security assessments
- Consolidate baseline telephony and carrier inventory
- Map contractual commitments and porting constraints
- Develop global number-porting strategies
- Submit and track complex porting requests
- Establish structured migration waves and timelines
- Build SLAs and internal validation steps
- Oversee end-to-end network and call-flow testing
- Document and remediate all test results
- Coordinate deployment teams during phased rollouts
- Manage cutover events and number activations
- Develop standardized migration frameworks and templates
- Ensure documentation transfers to operational teams
- Establish communication plans for all stakeholders
- Coordinate user training and adoption support
- Produce program updates and executive dashboards
- Monitor KPIs and vendor SLA adherence
- Drive issue resolution to maintain schedules
