- 4–6 years of experience in technical project or program management
- Hands-on experience delivering IT or digital projects
- Strong understanding of IT landscapes, software delivery, infrastructure, or enterprise systems
- Experience working closely with senior leadership
- Excellent planning, coordination, and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives under time pressure
- Experience working with project management tools
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent English skills; German is an advantage
- Confident communicator with ability to challenge constructively
- Participation in regular project and stakeholder meetings
Aufgaben
- Drive execution of Group IT projects from setup to delivery
- Support the CDO and business unit CIOs in fulfilling commitments
- Establish and maintain project structures, including plans and milestones
- Monitor project progress and identify risks or delays
- Assist teams in resolving project issues
- Prepare decision-ready materials for the CDO and CIOs
- Coordinate and consolidate the Group IT roadmap
- Prepare and document CIO Board meetings and workshops
- Participate in regular project and stakeholder meetings
- Collaborate with external vendors on delivery tracking
