As a Technical Project Manager in the CDO Office, you will oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines and scopes are met while collaborating closely with key stakeholders and managing project risks.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or comparable technical field
• •4–6 years of experience in technical project or program management
• •Hands-on experience delivering IT or digital projects
• •Strong understanding of IT landscapes, software delivery, infrastructure, or enterprise systems
• •Experience working closely with senior leadership
• •Excellent planning, coordination, and execution skills
• •Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives under time pressure
• •Experience working with project management tools
• •Very good Microsoft Office skills
• •Excellent English skills; German is an advantage
• •Confident communicator with ability to challenge constructively
• •Participation in regular project and stakeholder meetings

Aufgaben

• •Drive execution of Group IT projects from setup to delivery
• •Support the CDO and business unit CIOs in fulfilling commitments
• •Establish and maintain project structures, including plans and milestones
• •Monitor project progress and identify risks or delays
• •Assist teams in resolving project issues
• •Prepare decision-ready materials for the CDO and CIOs
• •Coordinate and consolidate the Group IT roadmap
• •Prepare and document CIO Board meetings and workshops
• •Participate in regular project and stakeholder meetings
• •Collaborate with external vendors on delivery tracking
