Aufgaben
- Lead technical assessments for new technology and product concepts
- Translate market requirements into engineering specifications
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across R&D, engineering, production, and quality
- Drive technical solution development from lab to commercial scale
- Support technology transfer from R&D to industrial implementation
- Define project priorities, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and external contractors
- Act as central technical point of contact for stakeholders
- Ensure projects meet technical and commercial milestones
- Mentor associate engineers, technicians, and quality staff
