- Experience with data integrations (ERP, SFTP, CSV/Excel, APIs, EDI)
- Ability to read, spot issues, and fix data structures independently
- Clear and direct internal/external communication
- Experience running workshops or training sessions
- Strong sense of ownership and customer follow-through
- Comfort building processes while evolving them
- Fluent German
- Fluent English
Aufgaben
- Own customer relationship from contract to product adoption
- Lead technical data integration with ERP systems and data sources
- Conduct gap analyses of customer data structures
- Ensure clean and complete data migration into Packa
- Plan and run tailored onboarding workshops and training sessions
- Handle support during onboarding: respond to emails, triage tickets
- Collaborate with Engineering and Packaging specialists as needed
- Work with Sales on pre-signing integration and onboarding questions
- Gain knowledge of packaging topics and regulations
- Collaborate with Product to shape future product development
- Contribute to Packademy: build training content and resources
- Define scalable onboarding processes
