- Understanding of e-commerce workflows, logistics, catalog and inventory management
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Fluent German and proficient English
- Comfort working with APIs, platform configuration tools, or basic scripting (e.g. PHP, JavaScript)
- Strong problem-solving mindset, independent analysis, solution finding
- Experience as Sales Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
- Familiarity with e-commerce automation, shipping software, POS systems, or CRM tools
- Managed an e-shop before
- Startup experience and comfort in fast-paced environments
Aufgaben
- Own and manage end-to-end implementation projects for DACH e-commerce clients
- Conduct discovery calls to map client requirements, processes, and goals
- Lead product walkthroughs and platform configuration
- Perform API integrations with ERPs, shipping carriers, and marketplaces
- Provide technical product training to merchants
- Offer onboarding support to merchants
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Onboarding, and Support teams
- Troubleshoot integration issues
- Coordinate with developers for integration issues
- Develop reusable implementation templates
- Create implementation guides
- Write help center articles
- Drive customer adoption of Base.com
- Help clients optimize Base.com usage
