Anforderungen

  • Several years of experience in B2B field sales, ideally in fleet, mobility, or travel management
  • Proven leadership experience in sales — direct or indirect
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinking, and clear decision-making
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office, CRM systems, and digital tools
  • Experience managing and leading remote teams
  • Digital savviness; experience with AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT is an advantage

Aufgaben

  • Lead the Senior and Sales Managers Fleet DACH both disciplinary and professionally
  • Coach the team and promote further development
  • Manage team performance and conduct target-setting
  • Hold regular employee meetings and feedback discussions
  • Foster a performance-oriented and collaborative team culture
  • Implement the national sales strategy in the DACH region
  • Manage and execute national and regional sales and product campaigns
  • Focus on core products like fuel, e-mobility, and fleet management systems
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Partner Consulting, and Sales Management
  • Support strategic partner and customer meetings in the region
  • Assist Sales Managers in complex proposal, contract, and pricing negotiations
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for selected strategic key accounts
  • Contribute to annual reviews and major customer projects
  • Oversee forecasts, pipeline management, and KPI reporting for the region
  • Monitor the market and competition, deriving concrete measures
  • Report regularly to the Fleet DACH Sales Management
