Aufgaben
- Ensure smooth operation of IT front-end stack
- Manage software distribution and cloud applications
- Oversee communication systems and endpoint management
- Handle identity and access management
- Lead and develop a 6-person team
- Plan and manage team resource allocation
- Provide 1st- and 2nd-level IT support
- Monitor and optimize IT service desk KPIs
- Plan and execute IT projects independently
- Participate in IT architecture development
- Implement and improve IT workflows and processes
- Coordinate with the Head of IT Services
- Serve as central point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate external service providers
- Report on service desk performance regularly
