- Automation mindset and structural problem-solving
- Technical depth and executive communication
- 7-10 years of professional experience

- Take full ownership of internal IT infrastructure
- Manage identity systems and cloud governance
- Oversee vendor relations and cost transparency
- Modernize infrastructure through automation-first architecture
- Implement AI for support and documentation workflows
- Establish governance for ISO-compliant AI systems
- Strengthen identity governance and endpoint management
- Systematically remove technical single points of failure
- Define KPIs and SLAs for IT performance
- Structure the IT function for future scaling
