- Protein and DNA analytics knowledge (PCR, ELISA, UV/VIS spectroscopy, endotoxin, EP/USP/JP methods)
- Teamwork, responsibility, and quality awareness
- Project management knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- German and English fluency
- MS Office proficiency
Aufgaben
- Lead a team of seven employees in Quality Control
- Manage analytical testing of Bioassay Methods for Proteins and Nucleic Acids
- Oversee PCR, ELISA, Endotoxin, UV/VIS spectroscopy, and compendial methods
- Ensure GMP compliance in Bioassay testing
- Manage CAPEX projects for the Bioassay sector
- Develop and mentor employees
- Conduct performance management
- Plan and allocate resources
