- Good commercial understanding of project phases from pre-investment decision to construction and O&M
- Deep knowledge of market trends and technology drivers in solar and battery storage
- Negotiation-oriented mindset with experience working across internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Fluent in English
- Ability to lead and inspire diverse team members across different countries
- Committed to develop team members and support professional growth

- Commercially minded with ability to think strategically within operational context
