Aufgaben
- Lead and develop a team of 8 specialists
- Manage team training and talent using adult learning methods
- Ensure safety, health, and environment compliance
- Implement risk reduction measures
- Translate S&C Operations Strategy into team objectives and KPIs
- Optimize manufacturing and personnel costs through performance analysis
- Plan supply according to long-term resource planning
- Optimize production plans with the supply chain
- Oversee technical aspects of reagent compounding
- Lead Continuous Improvement Process for quality and efficiency
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, R&D, and MSAT
- Monitor Quality-KPIs like Right-First-Time and Statistical-Process-Control
- Contribute to department-wide improvements
