Aufgaben
- Lead a team of Systems and Integration Engineers
- Ensure robust functioning of pre- and post-analytical systems
- Oversee transport systems and their connectivity
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to team members
- Foster a high-performance culture with continuous improvement
- Cultivate an innovative and positive team environment
- Drive performance through effective goal-setting and feedback
- Navigate organizational change and resolve conflicts
- Plan and monitor team resources and costs
- Ensure adherence to budget and headcount targets
- Translate high-level unit goals into actionable team priorities
- Collaborate with Sub-Chapter Lead and other Team Leads
- Identify and address strategic capability needs
- Contribute to defining the lab roadmap
- Serve as a subject matter expert on complex issues
- Formulate departmental vision and team strategies
- Drive efforts for consistency across Core Lab Development and R&D
- Optimize shared lab resources and infrastructure
