Aufgaben
- Develop robust machine learning algorithms
- Ensure stable model behavior under real-world variability
- Focus on data-centric AI for imaging applications
- Conduct research on robustness to distribution shifts
- Explore domain adaptation and generalization techniques
- Model and detect out-of-distribution data
- Estimate uncertainty in AI models
- Create innovative data curation methods
- Handle learning under label noise and weak supervision
- Generate synthetic data for training and validation
- Conduct fairness research in AI
- Implement active and interactive machine learning
- Validate trustworthy AI systems
- Collaborate with HI support and scientific teams
- Contribute to Helmholtz Imaging support activities
- Interact directly with Helmholtz researchers
- Disseminate and reuse HI solutions across the Helmholtz Association
- Train and educate through seminars, lectures, and workshops
- Supervise students and early-career researchers
- Represent Helmholtz Imaging and DKFZ nationally and internationally
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and mission shaping
