Anforderungen
- •Extensive experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Consulting, or related roles
- •Proven track record in leading customer success or onboarding teams
- •Strong project management skills
- •Experience in using SFDC as CRM, Jira as Project Management tool, and other customer success tools
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Data-driven mindset
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Occasional travel required

- •Develop and refine the customer onboarding framework
- •Create comprehensive onboarding documentation for different customer segments
- •Continuously assess and improve onboarding workflows
- •Lead, mentor, and grow the Customer Success Onboarding team
- •Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team
- •Set team performance goals and assess progress through KPIs
- •Tailor onboarding processes to individual customer needs
- •Establish strong relationships with new customers
- •Implement feedback loops to refine the onboarding process
- •Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams for seamless handoffs
- •Provide feedback to Product and Development teams on customer needs
- •Align onboarding strategies with company goals and customer success objectives
- •Utilize data and analytics to track onboarding success
- •Develop dashboards for real-time insights into onboarding performance
- •Implement predictive models to forecast onboarding outcomes
