- Deliver EMEA talent processes, including goal setting and performance reviews
- Lead the regional rollout of global talent and learning programs
- Tailor global learning content for engaging regional experiences
- Design learning journeys across the associate lifecycle in Office and Retail
- Support hub teams with talent initiatives and capability programs
- Share best practices and optimize learning content using feedback
- Provide insights and metrics to measure the impact of initiatives
