Human Resources Business Partner & Operations Specialist(m/w/x)

In this hybrid role, you will serve as a strategic HR partner, guiding talent acquisition and employee relations while ensuring compliance with local laws. Your work will focus on enhancing the employee experience and driving impactful People programs across the EMEA region.

Anforderungen

  • •Proven HR experience across Operations and Business Partner/Generalist roles
  • •Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • •HRIS experience (Workday is a plus)
  • •Strong knowledge of German labour law and EMEA employment practices
  • •Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • •Languages: German & English (French would be an asset but not essential)
  • •Business acumen

  • •Utilize data and analytics for workforce planning
  • •Manage employee lifecycle events and HRIS transactions in Workday
  • •Support communication and transformation initiatives across regions
