- Engage leadership in change initiatives
- Support leaders in organizational change
- Coach teams through change
- Design leadership development programs
- Manage learning and capability framework
- Partner with internal experts
- Collaborate with external experts
- Deliver high-quality learning experiences
- Advise senior leadership on People & Culture strategy
- Support CPO and Executive Leadership Team
