Anforderungen
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Comfort working with Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably

Aufgaben
- Support end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers
- Facilitate smooth and accurate hiring processes
- Support full recruitment process from sourcing to offer support
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens
- Assess basic role fit, motivation, and communication
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling
- Collect feedback from candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
- Ensure data quality and process consistency
- Support recruiting projects and process improvements
- Contribute to candidate experience and employer branding initiatives
- Keep hiring operations organized and responsive
- Maintain a fast-paced hiring environment
