- Design and run full recruitment stack
- Build lean and adaptable hiring structure

- Identify and engage high-signal candidates
- Represent Apheris compellingly to candidates
- Build relationships and excitement for the mission
- Recruit top 1% candidates not actively looking
- Understand and address candidate motivations
- Manage offer process from benchmarking to negotiation
- Navigate complex decision dynamics
- Secure top candidates without relying on compensation
- Partner with leadership on role definitions
- Shape and refine hiring strategy
- Assess and evolve talent evaluation methods
