- Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers
- Stay updated on industry trends and pricing
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures
- Implement cost-saving initiatives
- Maintain accurate procurement records
- Prepare procurement status and project spending reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Assess and mitigate supplier performance and material quality risks
