- Effective communication skills
- Ability to interact with stakeholders at different seniority levels
- Fluent English skills (written and verbal)
- German language skills are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Manage international operations controlling processes
- Ensure alignment with group financial guidelines
- Coordinate planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational KPIs
- Conduct variance and driver analysis
- Prepare clear and concise reports
- Support management and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with SCM, Procurement, and Logistics teams
- Provide financial insights
- Support strategic initiatives
- Align financial and operational objectives
- Contribute to continuous improvement
- Enhance controlling concepts
- Improve reporting and analysis processes
- Increase efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness
