- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (Windows, Linux, AD, Cisco)
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, automation (VMware vSphere, vCenter, NSX)
- Strong understanding of SW development processes, CI/CD, DevOps tools
- Strong understanding of ITIL, agile methodologies, Git
- Experience with Golang and scripting languages (Javascript, PowerShell, Python)
- Proven track record leading technical projects/teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, adapt to change
- Ability to grasp complex requirements, fast learner, proactive
- Proven track record in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Fluent English

- Develop and maintain vRealize Orchestrator workflows
- Create Crossplane providers and functions using Golang
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Contribute to technical roadmaps and strategic plans
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Recommend improvements for vRealize Automation and Orchestration
- Stay updated on cloud computing and automation trends
- Develop technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and policies
