Golang and Crossplane framework experience
3 years experience designing/implementing/managing automation solutions
vRealize (Aria) Automation experience in large enterprises
Expert knowledge of Kubernetes
Expert knowledge of cloud-native computing ecosystem
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (Windows, Linux, AD, Cisco)
Strong understanding of cloud computing
Strong understanding of virtualisation technologies (VMware vSphere, vCenter, NSX)
Strong understanding of automation technologies
Strong understanding of SW development processes
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of DevOps tools
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks
Experience with agile development methodologies
Experience with Git version control
Experience with Golang
Experience with scripting languages (Javascript, PowerShell, Python)
Proven track record leading technical projects/teams
Experience managing multiple stakeholders/vendors
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with technical/non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Adaptability to changing priorities/deadlines
Ability to grasp complex requirements quickly

Proven track record in Computer Science/Information Technology
Fluent English
German language skills (plus)
