In this role, you will navigate Swiss regulatory requirements while managing the FiRE reporting platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve ensuring compliance, interpreting regulations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance reporting accuracy.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or related field
• •3–5+ years of experience in banking regulatory reporting or prudential regulation
• •Experience in the Swiss market
• •In-depth knowledge of Swiss prudential and statistical reporting requirements
• •Ability to interpret and operationalise regulatory texts
• •Hands-on experience with regulatory reporting tools, preferably FiRE or similar solutions
• •Strong understanding of banking products
• •Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• •High attention to detail and data quality
• •Excellent communication skills
• •Ability to draft clear technical specifications and documentation
• •Team-oriented, proactive, and autonomous working style
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• •Fluency in English plus German or French preferred

Aufgaben

• •Ensure compliance with Swiss and Liechtenstein regulatory reporting requirements
• •Own the regulatory reporting process in FiRE for SNB statistics and Basel IV capital
• •Interpret regulatory texts and translate them into business rules and technical specifications
• •Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on FiRE configurations
• •Configure and maintain FiRE interfaces and client configurations
• •Define and document functional and technical requirements for FiRE changes
• •Perform and coordinate functional testing for new FiRE releases and regulatory changes
• •Design and operate data quality and control frameworks around FiRE
• •Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on regulatory reporting topics
