Banking Operations Business Analyst(m/w/x)

In this role, you will guide prospective clients through Banking Operations services, lead onboarding projects, and provide consultancy to optimize their operations. Anforderungen
- •Banking education, Bachelor's degree or equivalent with good knowledge of financial instruments and regulatory requirements
- •7+ years’ work experience in the banking industry
- •Excellent knowledge of Banking Operations services (e.g. Securities Operations, Cash Operations, Asset Servicing or Masterdata Management)
- •Project management skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- •Strong sense of responsibility and solutions oriented with high level of integrity and reliability
- •Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and to deliver in a fast-paced environment
- •Good command of written and spoken English (any other language is a plus)
- •Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- •Adaptability and flexibility in case of occasional and time-limited support across locations aiming to cover specific tasks (e.g., post go-live stabilization)
- •Positive, pro-active, and can-do attitude with a high level of integrity and reliability
- •Project management track record
- •Strategy business development
- •German, Italian and French knowledge is a plus

- •Draft concise reports with recommendations tailored to client capabilities
- •Engage in strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- •Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
- •Ensure project structure, governance, and stakeholder management
