Anforderungen
- Degree in sustainability, environmental science, public policy, or related field; or sustainability-focused professional experience
- Prior experience in sustainability/ESG research, consulting, finance, or capital markets
- Experience analysing companies, sectors, business models, and disclosures on sustainability risks/opportunities/impacts
- Strong understanding of environmental and social sustainability issues, frameworks, certifications, and standards
- Intellectual curiosity and conceptual thinking on financial markets, corporate performance, and environmental/social issues
- Comfort with ambiguity and making judgments with incomplete data
- Ability to interpret and organize complex qualitative and quantitative information
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Knowledge of social sustainability topics (e.g., healthcare access, financial inclusion, affordable housing, education, food security, digital inclusion)
- Experience with ESG/investment data platforms and analytics tools
- Experience applying ESG, sustainability or sustainable investment frameworks
- Familiarity with data analytics, AI tools and sustainability data analysis
- Knowledge of sustainable finance regulations (SFDR, EU Taxonomy, CSRD, UK SDR)
- Experience working with investment teams or research analysts
- Familiarity with ESG data providers (e.g., MSCI, Sustainalytics, Bloomberg)

- Assess companies and debt instruments against the sustainable investment framework
- Author written assessments for internal and client use
- Contribute to developing qualitative framework criteria through sector research
- Support improving data-driven framework criteria using external datasets
- Monitor sustainability regulation, standards, and emerging themes
- Explain assessment outputs to investment teams
- Support new investment ideas with sustainability insights
- Respond to sustainability-related due diligence requests
- Respond to client sustainability requests
- Improve workflows for the sustainable investment framework
- Improve documentation for the sustainable investment framework
- Introduce AI-enabled workflows
- Generate research insights
- Collaborate with investment stewardship on company engagement
