Anforderungen
- 2–3 years of Credit Risk experience
- Understanding of alternative and illiquid investments
- Fundamental credit analysis and valuation methodologies experience

Aufgaben
- Collaborate with Lending team and Client Advisors
- Support growth of WM’s lending book
- Structure non-standard transactions
- Review term sheets and tailor-made documentation
- Offer risk mitigation alternatives
- Analyze and document credit risk of structured transactions
- Approve credit risk for various products and asset classes
- Work with Risk Management specialists on new securities
- Determine specific collateral values for various assets
- Monitor sub-portfolio of counterparty names
- Handle daily Lending Value shortfalls
- Follow up with the front office on shortfalls
- Communicate decision-making and risk analysis
- Contribute to ongoing and new projects
- Maintain credit authority under 4-eye principle
