- Desired knowledge of IT environments (LAN, WLAN, cloud, Linux, Windows)

- Friendliness and strong teamwork skills

Aufgaben
- Collaborate with customers and partners on issue resolution
- Handle support tickets independently
- Coordinate fixes with 3rd level support
- Answer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing tool
- Support installation and configuration of the VusionGroup solution
- Troubleshoot system, network, and software issues
- Perform targeted follow-up on inquiries
- Analyze inquiries
- Document processes
- Prepare relevant reports
