Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end supply planning function for the site
- Ensure reliable production execution
- Optimize inventory levels
- Ensure material and capacity readiness for manufacturing
- Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS)
- Manage supply planning governance
- Develop inventory strategy
- Manage planning risk across all horizons
- Lead and develop the Supply Planning team
- Drive alignment between Operations, Quality, MSAT, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, and Project Management
- Support site performance and supply reliability
- Support growth projects, tech transfers, and digital transformation
- Contribute to long-term supply chain strategy
- Optimize the site Master Production Schedule (MPS)
- Align demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and material availability
- Lead short-, medium-, and long-term supply planning processes
- Support S&OP/IBP through capacity forecasts, inventory projections, scenario planning, and risk assessments
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve constraints and drive execution
- Manage inventory strategy, capacity planning, and supply risk mitigation
- Develop business continuity plans
- Balance service levels, operational flexibility, and working capital targets
- Establish and monitor planning KPIs
- Maintain planning master data
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance
- Develop and coach the Supply Planning team
- Build team capabilities in SAP, IBP, MRP/MPS, inventory management, and capacity planning
- Foster a high-performance culture within the team
- Drive digitalization and process optimization initiatives
- Lead supply chain transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, quality standards, and audit readiness
- Promote a strong safety culture
