Aufgaben

• Support demand planning and supply planning functions
• Assist customer service and S&OP day-to-day operations
• Manage daily order processes
• Create and maintain demand forecasts
• Review forecasts across multiple time horizons
• Utilize O9 Demand Planning software
• Coordinate customer action plans with supply planning
• Optimize fill rates through cross-functional communication
• Determine timelines for promotional and new brand forecasts
• Collaborate in Pre-S&OP meetings
• Input data and generate reports using SAP and BI
• Monitor fill rate and forecast accuracy KPIs
• Evaluate alignment with financial plans
• Recommend and implement performance improvement actions
• Execute daily supply planning with the planning Hub
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
• Contribute to cross-functional activities and projects
• Support brand equities and customer experience
