In this role, you will shape the strategic direction of Julius Baer by collaborating with senior stakeholders, translating ambitions into actionable plans, and driving impactful initiatives across the organization.

Anforderungen

• •Top tier University education focused on corporate strategy, finance, or structured problem solving
• •3–6 years of experience at a leading strategy consultancy or in-house strategy or corporate development function
• •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• •Strong problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking
• •Ability to drive smaller projects independently and collaborate effectively
• •Disciplined organization and project management skills
• •Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, initiative, discipline, self-motivation, and execution focus
• •Proven ability to work with others and generate impact in a team environment
• •Proficiency in English; German is an advantage

Aufgaben

• •Drive the development of the Group's long-term strategic direction
• •Align strategic programs across the organization
• •Lead high-visibility, Group-level strategic initiatives
• •Provide analysis and recommendations for strategic decisions
• •Conduct market, competitor, and internal analyses for strategic intelligence
• •Design and implement strategic initiatives and projects
• •Support the strategic cycle, including strategy offsites and presentations
• •Collaborate with internal teams to advance cross-unit projects
• •Develop high-quality strategic content for senior management and the CEO
