- 10+ years of experience, minimum 5 years in a leadership role within pure player e-commerce
- University degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field
- Outstanding leadership abilities and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional negotiation skills and financial understanding
- Strong knowledge of regional retail landscapes across EMEA
- Hands-on mentality with changing tools and software
- Very good command of written and spoken German and English
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally
Aufgaben
- Manage two major accounts in PVH Europe
- Oversee sales and account management for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein
- Execute go-to-market strategies across partner platforms in EMEA
- Align Pure Player account strategy with hub west wholesale strategy
- Lead and mentor the team within the West Hub
- Drive high performance and professional development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Adapt wholesale models to regional market dynamics
- Own the P&L for assigned accounts
- Ensure delivery against revenue and profitability targets
- Collaborate closely with finance teams
- Monitor channel performance for profitability and compliance
- Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and assortments
- Optimize revenue and brand representation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce partners
- Lead strategic negotiations for long-term partnerships
- Travel frequently across the EMEA region to meet clients
