- Minimum 4 years profound work experience in Sales, E-Commerce, or Omni-Channel
- Deep knowledge of fashion industry market and competitors
- Deep divisional product knowledge
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Desire for improving solutions (people, processes, systems)
- Hands-on mentality with changing tools and software
- Good command of written and spoken German
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Frequent regional travel
- Ability to build strong relationships and strategic partnerships

- Liaise with divisions and Area Managers
- Drive key account sales initiatives with Sales Manager
- Manage your key wholesale accounts portfolio
- Build new client relationships
- Maintain existing client relationships
- Deliver prompt, informative customer service
- Travel frequently within the region
- Build strong customer relationships and partnerships
- Develop and execute a strategic key account roadmap
- Create customer-specific assortments
- Manage pre-orders and in-season business
- Utilize digital sell-in tools for orders
- Implement key account initiatives thoroughly
- Oversee Shop-in-Shop projects
- Represent the brand
- Represent key account needs for assortment and marketing
- Translate market insights to advance product development
- Collaborate with marketing to drive strategies
