- Fluent German and English, excellent written/verbal communication, confidence with native speakers
- Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions (plus)
- Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows (strong advantage)

- Understand and document client requirements
- Ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Design scalable and tailored solutions

- Collaborate with engineering to solve technical challenges
- Adapt systems to unique customer processes
- Integrate systems with existing infrastructure
- Anticipate and address client needs
- Surface insights to maximize client potential
- Work with sales to create tailored implementation plans
- Drive deep product adoption
- Translate client feedback into product improvements
- Continuously evolve the platform based on feedback
