- Experience managing/aligning with various customer/global organization levels
- Master's degree, preferably business, engineering, or computer science
- Excellent project management knowledge, ideally PMI PgMP certified
- Excellent knowledge of state-of-the-art methodology and tools (SAP Activate, RISE, SAP Integrated Toolchain, AI)
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
Aufgaben
- Lead complex SAP customer transformations
- Implement and roll out private and public cloud SAP solutions
- Define business objectives with customers and SAP account management
- Plan IT transformations
- Manage engagement stakeholders
- Mentor the overall program team
- Lead engagement across SAP business units
- Ensure on-time project delivery
- Manage projects within approved budget
- Deliver projects to contracted scope
- Meet project quality criteria
- Leverage state-of-the-art methodologies and tools
- Contribute to SAP-customer relationships
- Identify new customer opportunities
- Support major deals with expertise
- Contribute to SAP's improvement
- Develop and share best practices
- Provide mentorship
