Aufgaben
- Lead implementation of global Data Architect initiatives.
- Ensure strong alignment between global strategy and regional execution.
- Drive structured program governance.
- Facilitate two-way regional team communication.
- Adapt and fine-tune execution based on feedback.
- Define and refine the operating framework.
- Establish role definitions and RACI models.
- Clarify deliverables and effort expectations.
- Align resource and hiring plans.
- Support funding acquisition.
- Define customer qualification criteria.
- Define engagement standards.
- Own global tools strategy and support model.
- Oversee program performance steering.
- Define KPIs, reporting structures, and success criteria.
- Ensure alignment of priorities, targets, and execution quality.
- Track performance and business impact.
- Proactively address performance gaps.
- Establish structured product and field feedback loops.
- Support continuous program improvement.
- Influence SAP’s broader Data and AI evolution.
- Support enablement and communication efforts.
- Ensure capability building and alignment at scale.
- Lead global certification paths and learning journeys.
- Strengthen university alliances and talent pipelines.
- Enable the broader SAP ecosystem.
- Ensure consistent field communication.
- Govern the Data Architect onboarding journey.
- Amplify global success stories.
- Influence SAP's Data Architect capabilities worldwide.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across SAP's ecosystem.
- Shape a high-impact global program.
