- Confidence working with OEM stakeholders
- Min. 10 years automotive experience (OEM, Tier-1 or Tier2)
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to engage cross-functional customer influencers
- Ability to translate VOC/market data into strategies
- Strong execution discipline (planning, prioritization, delivery)
- Comfort applying standard methods and tools
- Specialized depth/breadth in the field
- Independent work in complex situations

- Accountable management of external vendors
Aufgaben
- Drive pre-RFI engagement to shape needs and architecture
- Build and nurture customer partnerships across diverse functions
- Expand customer engagement beyond engineering and procurement
- Identify, qualify, and shape new opportunities
- Translate VOC, market, and competitive insights
- Inform product positioning and roadmap discussions
- Validate new product offerings and capture feedback
- Support early opportunity enablement via demos and showcases
- Mature concepts and validate feasibility
- Co-create customer-facing narratives for engagement and pursuits
- Contribute to innovative go-to-market models
- Collaborate on partnership and commercialization concepts
- Apply and promote standard early engagement methods
- Maintain accurate pipeline and engagement documentation
- Ensure transparency for CAM and pursuit planning
- Lead project work impacting the sub-function
- Coordinate external vendors for showcases and events
