Aufgaben
- Drive RFQ input from an EMC perspective
- Mentor and train EMC team members technically
- Drive project execution
- Troubleshoot issues internally and with customers
- Prepare EMC RFQ requirement assessments
- Develop technical concepts for EMC RFQs
- Estimate costs for EMC RFQ effort and equipment
- Lead technical implementation of new EMC test methods
- Lead technical implementation of new EMC test equipment
- Provide technical mentoring and training to the EMC team
- Provide technical mentoring and training to other technical experts
- Analyze new international and OEM EMC standards
- Define the impact of new EMC standards
- Drive technical implementation to comply with EMC standards
- Create EMC test plans
- Review EMC test results
- Align customer expectations
- Support project escalations with technical knowledge
- Troubleshoot complex issues with the team
- Support Customer Reliability Manager with scheduling input
- Support Customer Reliability Manager with technical risk assessment
- Support Customer Reliability Manager with other technical project requests
