- Experience in complex technical environments
- Experience with software, data, AI, or technology consulting
- Professional services background
- Selling engineering-led work
- Fluent business German, written and spoken
- Strong English skills
- Autonomy in focus and time management
- Association with a German office
- Willingness to apply even if not all requirements are met
Aufgaben
- Acquire new mid-to-large Banking or Insurance clients
- Lead full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
- Engage with C-level executives and Heads of business lines
- Represent Zühlke in German Financial Services and innovation networks
- Translate Zühlke's capabilities into commercial value for FSI clients
- Identify prospects and open doors for new business opportunities
- Shape and close deals with new clients in chosen segment
- Transition client relationships to client management team
- Collaborate with Engagement Managers from scoping onwards
- Build opportunities from scratch with senior buying committees
- Shape bids and proposals for complex deals
- Maintain a strong commercial focus and qualify opportunities
- Activate trusted relationships with senior buyers
- Challenge client thinking with insights and hypotheses
- Ensure revenue with target margins
