Aufgaben
- Act as primary advisor to the CLS Head
- Develop and execute strategic plans and commitments
- Drive operational efficiencies and stakeholder connectivity
- Keep the CLS Head apprised of key initiatives
- Provide project oversight for cross-functional initiatives
- Coordinate budgets and integrated project plans
- Support the CLS Head in achieving team objectives
- Shape the agenda and moderate governance bodies
- Proactively identify and resolve upcoming issues
- Improve organizational processes
- Provide high-level support for complex problems
- Coordinate day-to-day cross-organizational activities
- Provide operational leadership within the leadership team
- Ensure alignment among key stakeholders
- Deliver seamless execution of deliverables
- Validate budget alignment with Finance partners
- Facilitate communication as an organizational ambassador
- Lead leadership team meetings and action planning
- Track deliverables and key performance indicators
- Manage meeting agendas, moderation, and minutes
- Align goal setting across cross-functional teams
- Manage critical decision-making bodies
- Identify synergies and simplify organizational structures
- Prepare content for internal and external meetings
- Support change management and culture initiatives
- Execute internal communication plans
