Anforderungen

  • •8+ years of professional experience
  • •5+ years in client-facing pre-sales, sales engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise implementation roles
  • •Proven track record in complex enterprise sales cycles
  • •Extensive hands-on experience leading customer evaluations and large-scale deployments
  • •Deep technical proficiency with REST APIs, IAM, SSO/SAML/OAuth/OpenID
  • •Ability to influence decision-making across teams
  • •Ability to master new technologies rapidly
  • •Strong understanding of enterprise IT, security, risk, and compliance processes
  • •Motivation to work in a scale-up environment
  • •Fluency in German and English, with additional languages considered an advantage

  • •Lead complex sales cycles and drive technical discovery

  • •Develop and deliver tailored demos and technical presentations
  • •Create scalable frameworks and enablement content
  • •Lead cross-functional process innovation initiatives
  • •Drive technical enablement for new product features
  • •Guide Account Executives on technical storytelling and account strategy
  • •Represent Solutions Consulting in cross-functional discussions
  • •Collect and synthesize market and competitive insights
  • •Foster deep client partnerships through expert guidance
  • •Mentor peers to improve technical acumen and presales excellence
  • •Lead process improvements for the Solutions Consulting function
