Anforderungen
- •Native-level fluency in German and professional English
- •Proven experience in pre-sales and post-sales environments
- •Deep familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and microservices
- •Strong understanding of data for reliability and performance
- •Proactive desire to keep learning and problem-solver mindset
- •Experience with APM, infrastructure monitoring, or observability tools
- •Background in mobile device platforms and architectures
- •Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline

- •Ensure integration of New Relic into SRE and DevOps workflows
- •Act as a strategic consultant post-sale
- •Identify expansion opportunities within strategic accounts
- •Build business justifications for senior stakeholders
- •Influence the global product roadmap based on customer insights
