- Grasp of event-driven architecture

- Experience with global or multi-region products
- Understanding of operational concerns for global products
- Communicate trade-offs clearly to engineers

Aufgaben
- Design and implement complex, distributed systems using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot
- Ensure delivery of highly scalable, resilient microservices in AWS cloud
- Write and ship new features collaboratively with the team
- Conduct thorough code reviews
- Establish and govern architectural standards for the Boarding domain
- Align standards with PPRO’s long-term global platform evolution
- Own the technical roadmap for the Boarding domain
- Manage end-to-end integration of K8s services, SQL databases, and messaging queues
- Mentor and lead junior and senior engineers
- Foster a culture of technical excellence
- Provide high-level strategic guidance
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams
- Translate business requirements into innovative fintech solutions
- Champion delivery and excellence
- Implement automated testing
- Build robust CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure continuous improvement and reliability of PPRO’s global platform
