- Design robust, scalable, high-availability solutions
- Craft long-term AdTech platform vision
- Partner with Engineering and Product Management
- Define technical OKRs for the tribe and domain
- Balance feature delivery and technical debt reduction
- Set standards for code quality, testing, and observability
- Lead by example in coding and system design
- Mentor Senior Engineers
- Design and optimize complex backend services
- Ensure high throughput and low latency systems
- Integrate Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure best practices
- Act as a bridge between squads
- Ensure seamless component integration
- Create a cohesive AdTech platform
