- Comfort shipping production-grade ML services
- Deep expertise in statistical testing, causal inference, online experimentation

- Advanced degree in quantitative field or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud orchestration and CI/CD (AWS, Airflow, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with Snowflake, MLflow, or large-scale feature stores
- Record of mentoring senior individual contributors
- Fostering culture of psychological safety
- Publications or conference presentations
